Easy EHR

HMS is software that runs a hospital — patient records, lab tests, pharmacy, beds, billing and insurance claims — all in one place, so staff stop chasing paper and the hospital actually gets paid for the care it gives.

About Easy EHR

Registers patients and keeps one record that every department writes to: consultations, prescriptions, lab tests and results, radiology, beds and admissions, theatre, maternity, nursing, stores and pharmacy stock, staff, payroll and procurement. Every billable thing a clinician does — a bed-night, a lab test, a drug dispensed — posts itself to the patient's bill as it happens. Insurance and NHIS claims are built in, priced at the right tariff, and submitted from the same record that created the charge. On top of it sits a reporting centre that turns all of it into the numbers a manager actually asks for. Hospitals, clinics and health facilities — especially multi-branch ones and any that bill NHIS. The administrator who needs to know where the money went, the finance officer chasing claims, the doctor who wants the patient's history in one screen, and the ward that shouldn't have to phone the lab to ask if a result is back. Most hospital software either does clinical care or does money, and the gap between them is where revenue quietly disappears — care delivered, never billed, never claimed. HMS closes that gap: the clinical record is the billing record is the claim. And the reporting layer will tell you when it can't stand behind a number, instead of showing you a confident zero.
