Easy Property Management runs the full lifecycle of property management in one system — units and rent plans, tenants, leases and tenancies, move-in and move-out, turnover, maintenance requests and work orders, inspections, applications and screening, renewals and security deposits. The leasing side is wired directly into accounting: a monthly rent run posts rent to a real double-entry general ledger, and deposits, late fees and move-outs each carry their own GL disposition — so operations and the books never drift apart.
