Easy PM is a project management platform for contractors who need the site work and the accounts to agree. Projects, BOQs, procurement, site inventory, plant and equipment, timesheets, HR and payroll all feed a real double-entry general ledger — so an interim payment certificate, a goods receipt or a payroll run reaches the books as it happens rather than at month-end. Role-based access, an approvals inbox, 23 built-in reports, in-app/email/SMS notifications and a plain-English analytics assistant come as standard.
